Requirements
  1. You have an eBay account/store.
  2. You have QuickBooks 2009 - 2012 U.S. accounting software (other versions may work but have not been verified).

4. Installation and Configuration

4.1 Begin by subscribing the eBay File Exchange subscription. For a detail step by step tutorial click here.
4.2 Purchasing 2QB for eBay from our store.
4.3 Shortly after purchasing the item you will receive an e-mail which contains the 2QB for eBay software download link and 2QB for eBay serial number.
4.4 Download 2QB for eBay and install on the same computer which QuickBooks has been installed on.
4.5 Launch the QuickBooks accounting software and login to your company file.
4.6 Launch the 2QB for eBay, you will be prompted with a dialog box requesting you enter in the 2QB for eBay serial number.
4.7 Enter the serial number you obtained via e-mail and click the register button.

4.8 If you input the serial number correctly, you will be prompted with a congratulations message.

4.9 Click the OK button to close the dialog box, you will be directed to the 2QB for eBay setup wizard.

4.10 Click next on the “Check QuickBooks Requirements” page, then click the check button. QuickBooks will launch a pop up window as shown.

4.11 Choose "Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is not running", then click Continue button. (if your QuickBooks has more than 1 user, you need to choose Login as Admin or any other user in the drop down list).
4.12 A "Confirm to Proceed" dialog will pop up. Click Yes to proceed.

4.13 An "Access Conformation" dialog will pop up, confirm the info in bold and click done if correct.

4.14 Back to the 2QB for eBay screen, it should be as shown. If not please ensure your computer is connected to Internet and that QuickBooks is running.

4.15 "Inventory/Noninventory Item Accounts" page. Choose your accounts as desired and click next when finished.

4.16 "Shipping Service Accounts" page. Choose your accounts as desired and click next when finished.

4.17 Choose QuickBooks receiving accounts.

4.18 “Get Ready To Start” page. Select your time zone.

This concludes all the settings, click next to start using 2QB for eBay.

5. Use 2QB for eBay

5.1 Click the “Browse...” tool bar button to open a file choose dialog. Then choose the file you downloaded from eBay File Exchange.

5.2 That is! 2QB for eBay is now working on importing orders to QuickBooks.

5.3 Wait until the import has completed. You will be prompted to save the import report. Simply click the Save button to save the report.

5.4 Open the saved report file to verify if the eBay amount equals the QuickBooks amount, if it does, then it is correct. Otherwise you will need to ensure to check it in QuickBooks.
